        Since 2017, we have supported over 13,000 School Leaders across Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Driving Systemic Change

We create dialogue to raise awareness about School Leaders’ potential to impact student outcomes.

Building Partnerships

We work directly with partners across Latin America, Africa, and Asia to support their school leader training programs through curriculum development, implementation, and technical support.

Building an Evidence Base

We study how to best support School Leaders through studies, surveys, and literature reviews.

School Leadership’s impact on critical global issues like gender, child safety, and youth development has become more evident over time.

Our global team of researchers, program designers and topical experts are actively exploring innovative ways to document, monitor and evaluate the impact of school leadership on pressing social issues across countries.
